The room was spacious with a balcony. The facilities provided in the room were satisfactory and were up to the expectations. The staff was courteous and nice.

The property need to do some plumber work in the toilet. The looking mirror above the wash basin was missing. The seat cover above the W.C. was detached and needs to be fixed. The bathroom could have been more clean.

poor breakfast. no mirror in the toilet. toilet lock not working. no shampoo and bodywash in the toilet.when there were three adults they are giving only two towels. lift and corridor are not clean. we had to ask for eveything.

Structure of rooms are good but not at all maintained.

Nothing everything is just worst including the staff behaviour, they literally will provide you bathroom tap water for drinking in bottles, everything is rusty and broken, rooms were smelly, the AC somehow was working for my room but cant asure it will work for everyone, no cleaning done through out my full week of stay, only location is the pro, everything else is con. Not sure why the staff is so rude especially the reception guy also they were overly charging me.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

It was unclean, had roaches and the staff shared the QR code to personal account for the payment instead of sharing hotel payment gateway. Money was collected even before the check-in and when we refused to stay there and requested for cancellation, he didn't provide the refund and when the booking.com agent contacted them, staff had told them that money was never debited.

Location. On the main road and just opposite a mall.

Misleading description, shabby rooms, impolite staff, stained linen, washrooms with cockroaches and bugs. We paid for six nights and exited after one night. The staff refused to check us out and demanded additional 1700 for early check out. It is beyond anyone’s comprehension as to why would they ask for penalty when we already paid all six nights rent which was anyway non refundable. Their reviews on booking.com must be audited. While their Ad says pet friendly, they refused to allow the pet. They were absolutely unapologetic and said it’s not their problem but booking.com’s
