They have really nice rooms and spacious and very accessible to all the places.

The linens arent proper. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly before given to the next person. There is crockroaches. Please make sure the rooms are maintained properly.

The room was in absolutely pathetic condition. There were bugs, the sheets were not fresh, the furniture was broken, and the overall hygiene throughout the building was extremely poor. We switched three rooms that night, and all of them were in more or less the same condition. I had booked two nights, but I checked out after one night as I couldn’t continue staying in this property any longer.

Huge rooms , very spacious . So close to Phoenix mall and shops !

The sheets and pillows didn't have the crisp , freshly washed quality.

Location was perfect for my needs and very close to the metro station

Towels and bedsheets looked dirty The floor was wet when we entered the room and with a very strong smell of chemicals

The property is one of the worst I have stayed at. Dirty bedsheets, leaking bathroom, unhygienic corridors with used mattresses and food plates left undisposed. The room had cockroaches. I was asked to pay for full 5 days upfront but had to leave after 1 night due to the condition. The hotel refused to refund the amount for 4 nights.
