"Good value small hotel on Douglas sea front"

Very good room right on the sea front at Douglas. Good breakfast.

It was a bit further along the front than I expected so a bit of a walk, though there is a bus stop nearby. Reception was unstaffed so I had to ring them.

The breakfast was disappointing and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Location and size of room

Only little gripes. The room was a bit too warm for us. The tea and coffee were on a high shelf which was difficult for a short person.
