Great location! Nice contact before arrival about public transport and arriving time.

The bed could be a bit bigger and the breakfast a bit more choice with meat and cheese

Clean, close to tram, value for money over bank holiday weekend. Breakfast as advertised.

Advertised breakfast time didn't align with boat timings in bank holiday (though was open early enough to get some before taxi). Told no take away option available as it was "free". Bed a little small for two.

Great seafront location close to the MER Derby Castle stop. Douglas town centre, the railway station, ferry terminal and Lord Street all roughly a 25m walk away which can be very pleasant when the sun is shining. Our room was at the back but had no issues with lighting or ventilation. The bathroom was very clean and the toiletries provided were good if you choose to travel to the island by air. The breakfast choice is a little limited but still tasty and perfectly passable.

The kettle in our room is showing its age and should probably be replaced.

Lots of room with a lovely large bath. Complimentary breakfast was very good and always fully stocked.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when our ferry got cancelled an we had to see if they had room for us for extra nights. Easy access.

Location was great the sea view made it for me. Spacious room comfortable bed thick carpet easy temperature control in the shower.

Couldn't pick fault with any but would have liked a small fridge in the room.

Good size rooms and the secure bike store room was a great added bonus.

It is fantastic that if you arrive late, then you can check in and collect your key from the Regency Hotel a few doors down. The hotel is on the sea front. A short walk from Nobles Park. Staff are friendly. A nice walk from centre of town. Hotel is clean, and great value. Beautiful view of the sea.

I don't like the breakfast bowls and cups. I've stayed there many times: so I now take my own mug and bowl with me.

Location, Staff, who were brilliant Cleanliness. Ease of access, Parking although not provided was easy outside the Hotel. I was able to park where I could see my car from my room.

Hmm, nothing not to like.
