Hotel Mattresses need to be upgraded - First night in room, thin and warm matress. Staff were great in moving us to a better room with a great mattress- Thankyou stafffxx

Everything was absolutely brilliant! Location is excellent, just on promenade. Easy checking, useful lift, qiet and sparkling clean room, tea and coffee provided, working shower (it was super!), very polite and friendly staff. Big bonus is that the price was 20-30% lower than other hotels asking prices. It was a very pleasant stay!
