Location was central

Unacceptable customer service and no hot water enough to shower with. The bar staff said they had nothing to do with the accommodation and the manager was the only person contactable through phone call only. We stayed one night and released there was no hot water the next day. After calling to mention this, the water became luke warm after running the shower 15 minutes but still not hot to use. We decided to leave early as the phone call was then going to voicemail and no person came to check directly. The manager then called us to say there was hot water and that ‘customers are not always right’ before hanging the phone up on us. I have never been so rudely spoken to.

The location is great, there are many cafes and shops around, and the beach is across the street.

There was a bar on the side, the music was playing until 1-2 am, it was very loud. The neighbors upstairs are loud, and on Sunday even at 8 am they hadn't vacuumed, so it was hard to sleep. The room didn't match the one in the photo. The cleaning was very poor, there was dust everywhere, and the bedspread had obviously not been washed for a very long time because there were unpleasant finds on it.

Everything was great, the owner was really helpful and friendly.
