The caretaker Jassu is the best caretaker I have come across during my travels in different hotels/properties. He helps in all ways he can and is always polite and accommodating.Keeps the whole place very clean. The Owner needs to know he is a gem..

Raj Niwas has the perfect location, next to the City Palace. One of the highlights is the welcoming and super friendly Jassu who makes us feel just like we’re at home. Always available for everything and helpful with all our requests. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. One of the best stays in India. Totally recommend it. 10/10.

Nothing not to like :)

The breakfast was very good and healthy. Jassu made sure your needs were catered for. The personal attention given by Jassu was exceptional. He organised transport and suggested places to shop without being pushy. The place was immaculate due to his diligence. I have never been to a place like it a real gem!

The place is very original. The location perfect. Big rooms and beautifully decorated. Nice views on the lake. And: tThe host Jassu is the best host ever!

Beautiful hotel, close to the lake with gorgeous views from the rooftop. Only 3 rooms, all large and beautifully appointed. The caretaker, Jassu was extremely helpful and attentive, a lovely man. Very clean and quiet.

The location could not be better, the view from the terrace is magnificent, the manager was very helpful and the rooms are beautiful. I loved my stay here.

With a view that it has it is a shame that there is not a comfortable area to sit have a drink and enjoy this view.

Staff especially jaswant singh jassu He was very arrogant. No manners of talking to customers No service Worst staff I have ever seen. No value for money. ..I will never book this hotel again I was supposed to stay two nights...but he make single day difficult for me

Jassu (the manager) is amazing! Nothing is ever too much of an ask, he gave us lots of advice and recommendations and was always lovely to speak to. The room was the best from our whole trip to India. We loved the terrace, well worth the upgrade if it’s available! The hotel is in a lovely quiet little square with two good restaurants opposite and some lovely local shops. Overall it’s in an amazing position & we couldn’t recommend it enough!
