Great room and location. Jassu is an excellent host and manages to run the place single handedly.

Great location, very clean

Lack of facilities for the price and I had to pay cash

The location was perfect! The rooms were huge and very clean. We booked all three rooms for our group. The room on the third level had an amazing terrace overlooking the lake. Perfect for a predinner drink to watch the sunset. Despite being a relatively modern building, it had a lot of charm, with heritage features. We found the staff very helpful. When some of us were unwell Jessu was concerned and offered good advice about what to eat and what to avoid.

It’s difficult to find fault with Raj Niwas but the bed was a little too hard for me. Other than that it was excellent. There was some street noise but nothing that worried us.

Wonderful experience. The hotel is very well located. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Breakfast overlooking the lake is priceless. The room was perfectly clean with an amazing terrace that we would have loved to spend more time on it. Jassu is fantastic, doing everything in the hotel while answering any questions you may have, booking drivers (as everywhere in India, you always need to deal prices), helping with laundry or money exchange, giving recommendations... Also, ask for an Indian breakfast if you feel like it :)

Downside: bed is a quite hard and not very pleasant if you have back problems.

Clean and confortable room, very nice staff

Location, the rooms- large and spacious, and the staff. All the essentials for a lovely stay. The rooftop terrace was private with great views.

Nothing not to like.

Great location on lake, perfect sunset view, beautiful room, thoughtful touches and they really look after their guests well. Breakfast overlooking lake included. Easy walk to everything. Very clean well kept, lovely building, close to attractions, shops and cafes.

Nothing - although as personal preference we found the bed was very hard and not that comfy for us.
