Very small boutique hotel with an amazing view of Lake Pichola. Ours was the King room with a great balcony where was a huge space for seating and enjoying the lake view. The hotel is quite small and has a small but cute rooftop terrace as well. The hotel staff was very responsive, providing us with all the necessary equipment. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging the tuk-tuk when needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety as well.

Sometimes we had some Wi-Fi issues, but overall everything was good

Nice room, perfect location

Very beautiful and big rooms. Location is perfect as you can walk everywhere. Very nice view. The host is amazing, he let us check-in early in the morning.

The interaction with Jassu is great. He understands all different people and their wishes. Adapting to all. Next door hotel with rooftop breakfast, he calls their waiter to inform them about their guest waiting on the terrace.

A small change in the daily breakfast fruits would be welcome.

Intimate (3 large rooms), beautifully decorated and well appointed hotel by the lake, with easy access to touristic sites and shopping. the lake view from the room at the top with its large terrace is fabulous. it is only very partial in the other two but breakfast on the rooftop makes up for it. The beds are great and the bathrooms perfect. Jassu, the personable man in charge of running single-handedly the hotel 24 hours a day welcomes and registers guests, cleans (thoroughly) the hotel and the rooms, cooks breakfast, gets up a few times every night to chase barking dogs away, provides tourist information, etc. After 20+ years on the job, he is quite familiar with service providers, restaurant operators and shopkeepers around and is a mine of information and advice for residents.

not very clean. Breakfast was cold and was made in a different location. it was Alu puri no other choice. No juice or drink was offered at breakfast. only one person running the whole hotel and he got full control of the property.

The location is central, on the lake. The room was spacious. The host was welcoming, and breakfast on the roof with lake view was perfect.

we stayed in the king room and the view was incredible. The hospitality of Jassu was great, he was always giving us tips about what to see and asking if we needed anything for our room. Everything was very clean and tidy and room was comfortable. The breakfast served in the morning is great. We would definitely stay here again.

The mattress could use a topper or comforter as it’s very hard, we had great sleeps however.

Clean, comfy guesthouse with lake views from the terrace. Tasteful authentic furnishings. The manager, Jassu, is exceptionally attentive and is happy to take care of your needs.
