Mayai Ocean Resort

We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel on the east side. The location is perfect—convenient and peaceful at the same time. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Our stay was wonderful. Amina at the reception was amazing and extremely helpful, and all the staff were equally kind and welcoming. The restaurant team also stood out with their friendliness, and overall the service made us feel very well cared for.

This was not the hotel’s fault, but apparently some other guests preferred to take naps in the afternoon and thought that my wife, my friends, and I were being too loud. We felt that in a resort in paradise people should relax and enjoy, not complain. Again, this is not something against the Mayai Ocean Resort, which was excellent.

Todo, absolutamente paradisíaco, la ubicación, las instalaciones, el personal, el restaurante, la limpieza. Un lugar para quedarse y no querer irse. Nos hicieron sentir mimadas desde el primer momento y durante toda nuestra estancia. Trato exquisito de todo el personal.
