Manoni Ratiani's Guesthouse

The terrace overlooking the river is nice. Breakfast is very good with a lot of different items. The bed was comfiortable. There's a small kitchen where you can store food in the fridge or prepare something if you like. As the guesthouse is located a bit outside the city center, it's quiet at night.

Rooms are fine but a bit overstuffed (in our room, we had a large bed and a sofa, but because of the sofa, there was not much space left in the room ; perhaps it would be better to take off the sofa and replace it by an armchair).. Also, there are no reading lamps near the bed. The bathroom is ok but beware, the hot water is very very hot and the shower was leaking and splashing water all over the place (fortunately, we had a shower curtain but it seems that some rooms don't have one). Also, the guesthouse is located outside the city center, after the bridge, but it's only a 10 mn walk to the city center. There is also a restaurant near the hotel (we didn't try it) and a small grocery shop.

Friendly sevice & excellent food

I like the atmosphere of the house and the big garden. The owners are very kind and helpful. It is close to the center and still very quiet.

The shared kitchen is a bit small and slightly underequiped.

Host was nice. Great location and view of the mountains.

The shared kitchen facilities could be a bit better, a bit better maintained and maybe add a microwave. Add some more cutlery and knives.

Room was comfortable and basic. The breakfast was good and good value. The staff were really helpful and available with all our questions and needs!

The only complaint is that the bathroom, even though it was very clean, smelled a bit odd.

The location itself is beautiful… the staff speak english. Shared kitchen is available…

Toiletries like soap was not there
