Tranquil countryside cottage for two

Amazing secluded tranquil cottage in beautiful countryside. Comfy sofa/snug, well fitted kitchen and large bathroom. Comfy bed. Fire pit. Perfect for rural retreat from hectic city. Walks. No light pollution.

Nothing..but be warned follow owners directions not google maps. This cottage is v isolated and down lanes requiring normal ground clearance. That is its real charm. Mobile signal hit and miss. WiFi could have been better

Our stay was amazing! It is such a lovely location. Everything was perfect and cosy and the house is so pretty ; special note to the poney, horse and cows in the gardens who made our trip even more special 🥰

Comfortable cottage in great location for visiting local attractions (Chester, Erdigg, Chirk castle, Dee estuary, etc). Stunning rural location. Very good pub/restaurant nearby (Cross Keys).

Wonderful tranquil and peaceful clean and well kept - exactly like the photos and the hosts were very informative was easy to find when given adress. The firepit was perfectly positioned with a great view and being so secluded meant we had an excellent view of the stars at night. Rarely seen another car during our stay - made such a beautiful change to our busy lives to be able to fully appreciate the tranquil nature. Great place highly recommend.

Hot water for bath at night (we are night people and the water was only hot at certain times of the day)

The property was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The views are amazing

Tranquil, fantastic location to relax and recharge.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the cottage. It was wonderful.
