Bella posizione, staff gentile camere pulite e un bel terrazzo dove vedere il tramonto circondati dai vulcani.

Abbiamo chiesto un aiuto per recuperare un doppio pagamento ma nonostante i solleciti e le promesse non ci hanno aiutato.

The shower had a door and not sticky curtains. The bed was comfy. They gave us a boxed breakfast since we had tours that were super early. There was a laundry service. They kept our luggage after check-out till we could get our bus. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel is located close enough to the city center and to restaurants, and for tours to pick us up.

The hotel description mentions they accept cards but when we got there they did not accept them and we had to pay with cash. They also did not waive the IVA which is supposedly only for Peruvian citizens, like every other hotel in Peru did for us. The shower temperature was super hard to control and too sensitive. Regarding the laundry, the staff first gave it back unwashed. They realized their mistake shortly after and took it back. They told us it'd take a day but not everything was actually dry the next day. One piece was unaccounted for but was still on the hanger in the terrace so we got it back. The front desk was often empty and they took a while to reply to messages.

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Pokój i łazienka - czyste, nie było też problemu z gorąca woda pod prysznicem.. Z tarasu piękny widok na miasto i okolice.

Cours intérieur très jolie. Chambre spacieuse avec bonne literie. Service pour laver le linge. Très bien placé, à 5 min à pied du Couvent Santa Catalina, 15 min de la Place d'Armes. Petit déjeuner et les couchers de soleil sur le toit.

Un peu froid dans la chambre et pas de chauffage. Un peu bruyant quand les gens parlent dans la cours intérieure.

Ci tornerei sicuramente! Location bellissima, staff super cordiale. Colazione sul rooftop veramente bella e buona, seppur semplice. Stanze grandi pulite con acqua calda. Non c'è il riscaldamento ma non ne abbiamo avuto nessun bisogno: ci sono comunque state offerte coperte extra, ma pur essendo inverno non si sono lamentati neanche i più freddolosi di noi! Buona colazione al sacco per l'ultimo giorno (su richiesta)

Lo staff ha mischiato i panni della lavanderia tra le nostra stanze, ma in 5 min ci siamo riscambiati tutto. Un piccolo imprevisto che in veritàò ci ha regalato 5 min di risate

Superb hotel behind ordinary looking facade. Big clean rooms set around a pleasant courtyard. Very comfortable beds, chair and table provided, lots of storage space and clean private bathrooms. Excellent hot shower. Excellent rooftop terrace where a good breakfast is served and is a pleasant place to sit and admire the view of El Misti. Good location just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. Staff very nice and helpful - facilitated early departure to Colca Canyon, stored our luggage while on trek, and booked a taxi to airport for 30 sol. Good wifi. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The only improvement I can suggest is the 24 hour provision of a flask of hot water and a selection of teas. The hotels in Cusco I stayed in provided this

L'hôtel en plein milieu du centre ville et les chambres silencieuses donnant sur la cour intérieur Le rooftop avec petite vue sur la ville Le confort du lit, la propreté des lieux Les services rendus, le service 24h/24 Ils nous ont gentiment gardé nos sacs le temps du trekk au cañon del Colca, nous sommes revenus les chercher et avons pu profiter des lieux en attendant notre bus le soir Petit coup de cœur pour le gérant de nuit, souriant, aimable et tres serviable !

寒くて夜遅く追加の毛布を頼んだのですが、スタッフがすぐ届けてくれました。 youtubeも見れて、シャワーのお湯もたくさん出ました。足ふきマットも嬉しかったです。

夜中に誰かが呼び鈴を鳴らし続けていました。カギを忘れた宿泊者がいたのかもしれません。かなり長い間鳴っていたのには閉口しました。
