"Great Location at a Great Price"

Greaat location, within walking distance to everything you may want to see in Arequipa. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and cordial. They are flexible to your needs. Didnt get a chance to try the breakfast. I asked for a room in the 2nd floor and one that didnt face the street to avoid noise. I had a great stay here.

The laundry could use a detergent with better scent.

Centrale locatie, mooi oud pand met koloniale stijl. Mooie kamers en fijn dakterras.

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er een aantal problemen, allereerst hebben we de eerste ochtend 1 uur en 30 min op ons ontbijt moeten wachten, ze waren ons vergeten. Hierna bleken de eieren koud en het ontbijt vrij karig. Kan natuurlijk gebeuren maar er was ook slechte communicatie en geen excuses. De volgende dag reageerde de betreffende werknemer behoorlijk geïrriteerd toen we extra duidelijk aangaven dat we voor het ontbijt kwamen. De volgende nachten waren oké, al zijn de kamers behoorlijk gehorig. We besloten ze nog een kans te geven maar wederom een teleurstelling: toen we terug kwamen van de canyon trekking, bleek de kamer die we geboekt hadden niet beschikbaar vanwege toilet problemen. Ook hier wederom geen excuses of op voorhand een bericht van. Ze boden ons een andere optie verder uit het centrum voor dezelfde prijs, maar dat voelde voor ons niet goed. Jammer van de potentie van de accommodatie. Met een beter ontbijt, service en vriendelijkheid van personeel zou het een top plek zijn.

"Tutto perfetto"

Posizione perfetta, vicino al centro, con bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Camera pulita ed accogliente, con pulizia giornaliera. Colazione in terrazza fantastica. Ma quel che fa realmente la differenza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Natali. Consigliatissimo!

Casona Santa Marta è un posto perfetto, in una zona molto centrale con una bellissima terrazza. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile e le stanze sono grandi con letti comodissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!
