I didn’t appreciate the lack of responsiveness. I asked the host if I can check in earlier or at least leave the bags since I have announced that I am arriving very early in the morning. They told me that they will check and give me an answer. The answer came 5 hours later, after I carried the bags around the city and they told me I can go check in at 14:15, giving me an amazing 45 mins check in benefit. The door lock is a headache…. Not recommended for the light sleepers. You can hear everything from inside and outside the building so take some ear buds if you can’t sleep in noisy places. Otherwise, good location, good to have a balcony but the amenities were very poor. Not even a bottle of water, not to mention there was not even a bag of tea available. Although its a new building, the interior is cheap. Cables hanging from the walls. Internet never worked. There is mold in the toilet….I will not book this place again although Thessaloniki is very nice and enjoyable.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the accommodation Upon arrival, I encountered serious issues: Water is leaking in the kitchen, causing flooding in the room. As a result, my suitcase with clothes got wet, and the room has a strong smell of dampness. I immediately informed the owner about this issue, but they have not responded to my messages or taken any action to resolve the problem. Additionally, we have been without an internet connection for two days, and the owner has not fixed this issue either. These conditions are far from what I expected. I have attached photos of the issues as well as proof of my messages to the owner.
