Pleasant stay. Very good room impressions regarding cleanliness, safety, comfort, price and location. Excellent communication with the owner.

The host was always polite and available to help us out with information related to the room. The air conditioning heating worked fine, although it was a bit noisy. It didn't have an actual quite mode. In general the furniture of the kitchen was new and modern. There was a hair dryer.

After discussing with our friends from Thessaloniki, the location is considered a bit dangerous at night. The bathroom had several issues. The toilet lid was not properly mounted. Same was the water faucet. Warm and cold water were connected in the opposite way on all faucets, bringing additional surprise. Although the shower had a glass part to prevent water from falling outside, it was too narrow allowing water to fall outside. Bad experience. Although the room definitely was cleaned, it fell dirty as previous guests had left several dirty spots on the wall, which were not cleaned up. The bed mattress was not modern with pocket springs, it was a thin one as the old type of mattresses. The pillowcases although cleaned and ironed they had some small gray stains, similar to mold stains. The doorknob was not properly mounted. Every time we opened the door it fell down and we had to put it back on the door.

Apartment is clean and in a safe neighbourhood. The owner is always ready to assist. Self check in made all the difference. I enjoyed my stay so much so that I went back there for the second leg of my travel.

Please have one or two bottled water for guests so that they have some water to drink on arrival
