Nexding too small for the bed. Blind and cupboard door falling off. Had to ask for cutlery. No teabags. Bicycle in the way of the washing machine.

GBGBGBGBGBThe location was great. Close to everything in Leamington. Instructions and check in and out were easy with the codes and communication.
The room smelled of smoke immediately upon entering, we had to leave the window open to try and get rid of it whilst we were out. However the window wouldn't stay open unless we propped it open with cushions! The sheet on the bed was too small even to wrap under the mattress, so moved and became uncomfortable. The heating came on in the morning at 21 degrees so we were absolutely roasting and that alongside the extremely noisy neighbours left us with a very bad night's sleep. Paying the surcharge for taking a dog has become a complete rigmarole. Overall, it had great potential and was a decent apartment but the experience was just very disappointing.

the smell once you entered was very strange mould like smell.. walls are very thin I mean I could here next door breathing! Water damage around the room
