It’s a small apartment in the centre so great location. All was clean and comfy. Salvatore was a very helpful host and gave us lots of useful info

The street isn’t great on first impressions but perfectly safe and no issues

The location is great, and the self-checking service makes it very convenient to enter at any moment you arrive. The kitchen is quite complete, and the bed is comfortable.

The apartment was a bit dirty in some areas, for example there was still some dirty water on the floor by the kitchen sink, or one of the floating bedside tables with the lamp was a bit dirty with soap or something similar. I am pretty sure these details are easy to be fixed. Besides, it is a pity that this apartment has no other ventilation than the windows facing the street. This means that when you enter the apartment, there is a very strong smell of humidity, that slowly goes away by opening those windows. But if you leave them open too much time, the sewage smell from the street gets inside and the apartment can smell to sewage. At least that was the experience we had in a one night stay.

The road where the apartment is. It is a back street of the building and it has an un pleasant smell. It was not easy to find too.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Off the main street in a surprisingly quiet and peaceful alley. Ideal for exploring Pisa and for days out by train. Spacious with very welcome and effective air conditioning as it was over 30 degrees outside. There was a comfortable bed and kitchen with a reasonable selection of utensils.

A coffee maker would have been welcome, just a stove top mocha machine would be good and there's a shop selling them just down the street. The outside alley was rather scruffy and not particularly clean.
