Canmin Guest House

The staff was so much friendly and helpful. Saw smiling faces throughout the whole stay. Meals are served on time. Clean and tasty. Staff was so much caring. Highly recommended.

Un accueil incroyable, une famille adorable qui se plie en quatre pour vous faire plaisir. Un repas délicieux, fait maison. Pour 1€60. Au petit déjeuner , en cadeau, les gâteaux du jour de l an. Concernant la chambre, il y a tout ce Qu il faut. Surtout pour ce prix dérisoire. C est très propre. Literie confortable. Il fait juste très chaud .

There reception and food service was very nice and it was under cheap itself the food and all have asked for an upgradation and they have done it for very less cost excluding the unnecessary access and all which is really appreciating.

The location was very far from the main sightseeing places which give me almost 2000 lkr expenditure for just travelling. of course it's not their mistake but there is no proper lighting in the room and hot water is not available which give me chilling filling during morning bath and all

Also die Tochter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, und der Tee war sehr lecker. Leider bekam ich erst das falsche Zimmer, das wurde dann getauscht und das was ich bekam war deutlich besser. Nur Badezimmer ist Ausbaufähig, leider gab es auch keine Pflegeprodukte.

Was ich dann aber sehr Schade fand, das der Preis teurer war als angegeben, sie kamen mir zwar entgegen und war jetzt nicht sehr viel Geld, aber wenn man das Geld anders kalkuliert, ist es nicht so schön. Was für den Preis, was so außerhalb nicht gerade besser. macht

The host family are very nice. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is new and clear. Valuable for money. Before I come, I know there is no hot water. But it is totally fine as the weather is very hot.

Just a bit far away from the city centre Galle Fort. But there is a bus station closed to the hostel. It is easy to get on the bus and it is much cheaper than Tuk Tuk.

I had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable nothing fancy, but perfectly okay for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the staff they were really nice, polite, and very helpful throughout. Overall, a good experience!

Tv didn't work

This was the cleanest accommodation I stayed at in Sri Lanka. I stayed for two nights in late April. The guesthouse is run by a very kind and friendly family, they were truly wonderful. The place was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was very comfortable. Since it’s located away from the city of Galle, it was extremely quiet, and I really enjoyed relaxing on the shared balcony. Breakfast was delicious local food, which they kindly brought to my room. I was able to eat as much as I wanted and felt completely satisfied. Thank you for the lovely stay!!
