Estuvimos 6 noches y 7 días. Nos gustó que el lugar tiene una buena ubicación: Céntrico. Prácticamente caminando se llega a la plaza principal, al fuerte y a los accesos a la laguna de Bacalar.

No hubo una buena atención de la administradora. No estaba al tanto de la llegada de los huéspedes. Ya que es una casa con varias habitaciones, nos tocó estar abriendo la puerta porque llegaban huéspedes diciendo que no habían recibido la atención de la administradora. Reportamos que el ventilador no servía y no hubo respuesta de su parte. Quien estaba un poco más atenta fue la persona de limpieza. Le verdad ella nos atendió muy bien. Pero por parte de la administradora, no hubo un buen servicio.

Le lieu qui est vraiment joli et proche du centre ville

Attendre plus d’une heure pour récupérer des clefs , meme si Maria est gentille , l’organisation pour gérer l'arrivée est très compliquer faite attention
