Gorgeous One Bedroom Oceans

No housekeeping on that Sunday. We weren't advised that didn't take place and had to use the same soiled towels the whole weekend. I demand a refund for services.

Loved the location and the apartment...staff very professional

The bed was very uncomfortable.. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not effective... The balcony was not clean when we arrived....plus the cleaning staff opens the door without knocking .

The noise on the evening from the cars revving engines was really bad and I could not sleep. The apartment needed some repairs the couch was wobbly and the bathroom drawer was broken. I did report this.

Over the weekends the Oceans Mall Supercar Parking will keep you awake until the early morning hours. During the week we did not experience any supercar racing. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable. There is a wine opener in the kitchen but no wine classes. We left two wine classes for the unit. No luggage room if you are earlier than the check in time at 15:00.

Bed was too soft Load shedding was a problem no generator or battery LED lights I called host nothing was done
