Unit was like a faulty tower

The property is well located, making it convenient for getting around. The host/manager was responsive and made a genuine effort to resolve the issues we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, some of the problems seemed to be beyond their immediate control.

1. Persistent Odour: The apartment had a strong, foul smell from the outset, which triggered sinus congestion and discomfort. I appreciate that maintenance and cleaning staff were sent to address it. While their efforts helped reduce the intensity, the odour continued to linger throughout my stay and made the space unpleasant to occupy. 2. Bed Discomfort: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to the extent that we woke up during the night in pain, constantly shifting and stretching in an attempt to ease the discomfort. On the final night, it became so unbearable that we had to squeeze ourselves onto the couch just to get some rest. The bed truly felt like sleeping directly on a solid floor. I have genuinely never experienced such discomfort from a bed before, and I left with persistent body aches. A mattress with even basic support and cushioning should be a standard expectation in any accommodation. 3. Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was unusually low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. This impacted the usability of an essential amenity and added further inconvenience.

Great location, very comfortable stay,definitely recommend.

There were a few stains on the ceiling from a previous leak,which l feel should be sealed and painted,it's only a small job to do,it just let's the apartment down a little. Other than that all good.
