The room itself was fantastic, large main room to walk around, tall ceilings. Very comfortable bed and bedsheets, great flooring, large bathroom with spacious shower, newer air con that worked well and was quiet. Kitchen was in working order, great fridge and freezer, was able to cook bacon and eggs with zero issues. Great view and right on the beach. We met with the owner and she invited us for coffee, was a wonderful woman and fun to talk to.

It was about 30 feet from a karaoke machine and they blasted the music at night. Thankfully they would stop right at 10pm, but on the weekend they went all day. Maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend, I might have gotten unlucky. Overall it was much too loud for me and my husband.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Cafe. Wir kamen zu Fuß und waren erschöpft. Nachdem wir spontan gebucht hatten, weil wir kein Fährticket erhalten hatten. Die beste Unterkunft auf der Insel.

Todo estaba muy limpio y era bastante cómodo. La ubicación podría ser mejor pero está a 15 minutos de San Juan.

Nice location. Near to Boulevard and 1 minute walk to the beach. Clean room. Owner is accommodating and friendly. Value for money.
