Siquijor Plage Inn

The sweetness of the staff was incredible. On our 3 months backpacking trip this has been the best place we have stayed. We have never met such a nice and sweet family, they were so warmhearted and helpful

Room was clean and nice and spacious, there was ants crawling on the ground which is not unusual for the Philippines. Stayed 3 nights here and unfortunately the last night I woke up with 13 additional bites so not sure if the ants made it into the bed or what happened. Overall still a nice place to stay but about a 15 minute drive to the main town area in Siquijor.

The bathroom was nice however the toilet would not flush unless a lever was turned which no one told us about. Once the lever was turned it leaks toilet water onto the bathroom floor so we had to keep turning this lever on and off if you wanted to flush the toilet which I found unpractical.

Close to the Port and boulevard, and next to the beach. The outside was kept clean, and there was an upstairs (three floors up) where one could go and have coffee, and have a view of the sea which I never did as it was being used by the family that owned the place. The room is large, nice new spacious bathroom with hot water. There is drinking water available - hot and cold.

My room had darkened windows and both the window and outside ‘balcony’ views were of the wall of the building in front (It was beachfront.) When I awoke I couldn’t tell if it was day or night. I wanted to sit outside more often but my balcony was dismal without sun and mosquitos were a problem as they love hiding under dark spaces like tables and chairs. There is no lobby.

The room was kind of big and close to the beach.

We don't recommend this place. 1) There was nobody to check in on 8.30 p.m and the entrance to the check in office/owner was locked, luckyly we saw a Guets who helped us. 2) We booked a room with 2 double bed but we get 1 big bed and a small stock bed (0.9m wide). So we asket right at the check in for changing the room and it happened nothing for 2 nights! even when we asked many times a day! So we decide to leave because of these unacceptable conditions. 3) The room smells very mouldy - > I traveled now since 2 month an havent had this bad smell at all! 4) The staff doesn't cares about you at all. 5) There is almost nothing around, no restaurant, no bar. So it is literally nothing to do there. I recommend to look for a place in the south.

New. Very comfortable bed with fine sheets. Very clean CR with full size hot& cold shower. Hot and cold drinking water on balcony of each floor. Onsite laundry service. A very nice overlook balcony bar on top floor but never saw tended service. Staff was very helpful with requests though. But the best part is the beach! Long with white sand and clear blue water.

Sparcly furnished, no desk/chair. No in room coffee or onsite breakfast but town is within walking distance.

Clean and approachable staff. We will comeback soon.

We booked the room with " sea view". But we got the room with cinder block wall view. They blamed that on Booking.com. I suggest you visit properties if possible because they don't always do what it states on Booking.com. There's no food here and the karaoke sessions last long and loud.
