Bardzo przyjemny hotel w super lokalizacji: w samym hotelu oraz w pobliżu fajne knajpki z dobrym jedzeniem. W obiekcie bardzo bogate i smaczne śniadanie. Obsługa, jak to mieszkańcy Katowic, niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna. Obiekt nie ma parkingu, ale przy samym hotelu znajduje się parking w sensownej cenie, stanowiący dodatkową atrakcję, bo jest to parking automatyczny, gdzie auta składowane są na "półkach".

Ausstattung und die Lage.

Fajny pokój, super widok, dobre śniadania, doskonała lokalizacja, świetny personel! Rozważałabym ponowny wybór tego miejsca przy kolejnej wizycie w Katowicach.

Ogrzewanie tylko w klimatyzacji, a więc pod sufitem - raz w nocy było gorąco, po jakimś czasie zimno. Szkoda, że jak na warunki polskie nie ma zwykłych kaloryferow w pokoju.

Świetna lokalizacja.

Mieliśmy słaby widok z okna na zaniedbane podwórze i ścianę budynku.

The room was comfortable and the hotel is central, a short walk from the railway station. The food in the restaurant was good as was the beer brewed on site.

The hotel faces a busy pedestrian street which got very lively in the evenings. The complimentary ear plugs on the bedside tables were a clue it was going to be noisy. Thankfully we weren't there at the weekend.

Great location in the city center. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the restaurant was lovely — our waiter was attentive and friendly. The staff were also very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early when we arrived ahead of schedule.

The beds and duvets are quite small, which was uncomfortable. There was some black mold visible in the bathroom - though the rest of the room was clean overall. Also worth noting: we booked on a night when there was a concert at the nearby stadium, and the price was nearly three times the normal rate, so check the local events calendar before booking.
