Wysoki standard wyposażenia w pokojach: zestaw do prasowania, woda, zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Rozczuliły mnie zatyczki do uszu - pokazuje to wysoki poziom dbania o klienta, a na takie rzeczy zwraca się uwagę najbardziej. Czasem w hotelach o wyższej kategorii nie ma takiego wyposażenia, więc duży plus. Świetny, uśmiechnięty i otwarty personel, od recepcji poprzez restauracje, bar i housekeeping, bardzo pomocny. Parking piętrowy obok też bezproblemowo.

Ogromny plus za to, że mogłyśmy zameldować się wcześniej o 11 zamiast o 15 i nie łazić z walizkami po mieście. Lokalizacja samo centrum, wszędzie blisko spacerkiem. Pomimo sąsiedztwa z dworcem zupełnie nie słychać pociągów (przy otwartych oknach pewnie słychać, cudów nie ma). Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Kącik kawowy też na plus. Korzystałyśmy też z baru na dole :)

Jak już mam się do czegoś przyczepić to suszarka mogłaby być mocniejsza

Super lokalizacja i cudowny personel. Śniadania typowo europejskie, było ok.

Słaba jakość pokoju- brak klosza w lampie, więc żarówki dawały po oczach. Nawet wywietrznik w łazience dosłownie wisiał jakby zaraz miał spaść. Brak pilota do tv, ciągły brzydki zapach kanalizacji z prysznica, w pokoju było chłodno, a podkręcenie ogrzewania nic nie dawało. Słabe wygłuszenie hotelu, więc słychać sąsiadów i drzwi z korytarza. Cena zbyt wysoka jak na standard.

В номерах чисто

Дуже дуже галасливо з вулиці.. Ми забронювали номер після перельоту, сподіваючись відпочити і виспатися перед дорогою довгою в Україну. Але це був просто суцільний жах. На вулиці потепліло (травень) і на вулиці від кафе був галас і музика вночі, навіть беруші не допомогли. Сніданок смачний, але маленький вибір.

In het weekend is het ‘s nachts wat meer lawaai te horen uit de straat. Oordopjes bieden prima oplossing.
