Nice to find tea bags and milk available to make a cup of tea

The heater in the bedroom was not working but we just left the door open to the bathroon and that heater warmed the room up.

The location

On arrival the photos really didnt match the look. Cracked tiles fixed with electrical tape patches on the walls, broken blinds, scratched and dirty furniture and faulty electrics and backless remote controls. We also had the joy of dealing with residents swearing and blinding at us for 2 days I actually woke up to someone screaming outside my window which was lovely. I wasn't made aware this was actually flats too! I paid 300 for 2 nights. To much for what I received.

Was very clean and tidy especially the bathroom

Golpe , no ato da reserva, fui informada que para o processo de check in eu teria que pagar £100 de calção e que seria devolvido em 3 ou 4 dias úteis após minha estadia, não concordei com essa regra e não me deram direito de cancelar sem custo sendo que eu havia pago em menos de 2 minutos. Resumindo a diária custa £66 e me cobraram £46 de taxa de cancelamento. Por uma reserva feita a menos de 2 minutos. Roubo! Pessoal da Adm sem educação e ética. Fiquei tão revoltada que sem pensar até me coloquei em risco pq tive que procurar outro hotel tarde da noite.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was warm, welcoming, and the perfect size for two. The decoration was beautiful, everything was spotless, and we loved having an off‑licence just around the corner. The service was excellent throughout, every query I had was answered quickly, clearly, and with real professionalism. A brilliant stay overall.
