Green Harbor Hotel

Proximity to Logan airport. Price was right for what I wanted: a bed to sleep in for 1 night. Got what I paid for.

Poor checkin experience. All done by phone/ text. No one available in person @ 7PM. No elevator. Very unusual location: new 3 story structure in a family - residential area. Out of Place. Sure the neighbors are not happy especially for the BRIGHT exterior lighting @ night!

I liked the effort put into the renovations. Its always nice to see upkeep going on. Check in was easy, we did it during office hours. Area was quiet

My only complaint was the slamming door to the stairs on the 4th floor. It just doesn't close nicely on its own so every time its opened by staff or guests, not sure, it slams shut.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bob went out of his way to find a perfect room for me, carried my bags up the stairs, and even got me some ice.

Liked that it was small. Convenient location for us. Friendly and accomodating staff-called to check on us en route and willing to wait because we were late due to traffic. Loved frig, microwave and snacks. Lots of pillows!!

Only issue we had was a loud walker above us the last 2 nights. Could hear people next door.

Was great space. Large rooms and very clean A great family owned boutique hotel. 5 Stars in our book

Bed was comfy, it was clean, quick check in process.

The pillows were unusable, super tall and firm. The place was very loud if other quests were leaving/talking. The fireplace was unfortunately broken.

The staff did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and they were quite helpful The rooms were very clean

You can see the owners are taking steps every day to continue to make the hotel nicer.

Location is quiet and convenient and a good value for a budget hotel. Nice bathroom, the room was spacious, good internet. Some snacks are provided, which was nice.

Large room but no furniture - no desk, no dresser only a bed. The bed had a sheet metal base instead of wood and made gong-like sounds. No staff around in the morning or evening. Some electrical outlets not working. No room cleaning service provided.
