Green Harbor Hotel

It was newly renovated and very clean, comfortable, bed and pillows were comfortable too

The door to the connecting balcony was left completely unlocked when I checked in, so all the surrounding rooms had access to enter my room. As a female that was planning on staying there alone I did not feel safe knowing anyone could have entered and tampered with the room. No generator, the reason for my stay was to stay close to work during a winter storm.

The room was clean and a good size. The staff were very friendly and polite. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

It’s not well marked for entrance to hotel or lobby for checking in. The sign for the hotel itself isn’t easily visible while driving and I drove by it the first time. I didn’t notice anything but stairs for getting to the rooms which is inconvenient if you have to carry things into your room or are traveling with small children.

Construction right out or wall, door &widow very loud hammering. Did not empty our trash cans. Or clean rooms during our day stay or give us clean or dry towels or give us coffee for the machine unless we went down and asked and picked up.

Beds were hard as a rock, as were the pillows(couldn’t even use them). Beds were NOT queen sized as advertised, they were full sized- makes a big difference when you’re 6’2”. One room was small and dated, the other was larger and updated. Bed frames were metal, so if your heel touched it getting up, it sounded like a gong going off, very loudly. Definitely not worth the money, but as the area was considered “in season” it was the only place we could find that didn’t require a two night stay, and as we were there for a wedding, we only need one night. Believe them when they say there ate NO facilities, barely even a lobby.
