"They need to get it together & have attentive staff on duty"

The beds very comfy

The staff was like not on site - if they were they were no where to be found when we needed supplies. We called & waited over 30 minutes after opening hours before we got a response. Also the plug in air fresheners were extremely strong & covering up something! Spent most of the time with door open for fresh air!
