Watercress Hotels and Event

My flight was delayed as such I arrived at the hotel almost midnight . The staff and the manager on duty upgraded me to another room which was available . The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly . Problems were quickly attended . I want to give a big thank you to the staff who dealt with the bathroom issue and the hard work he puts in when in shift . They know who they are .

Lack of hot shower in my room for the duration of my stay

The gym needs to be upgraded and love to help with this if required.

The rooms are clean

The staffs were too slow for my liking, repeating the same breakfast every two days, the goat meat assorted pepper soup was really tasteless and not valued for money.. the only thing I enjoyed in the hotel was the room and the cleanliness.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich nett. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und Handtücher sowie notwendige Bad-Artikel erneuert. Das Frühstück ist von Süßen und Deftigen super ausgerichtet.

The location for the airport was good. The service staff, (parking, concierge ) were helpful. Nice size room.

Reception staff unhelpful (almost rude). The shower is badly constructed so flooded. A damp smell throughout the hotel. Noisy area so entertainment till early hours. Could be a plus! Fridge smelt and Kettle didnt work. I requested a replacement but no joy.
