I had a really exciting stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was lively, with great DJs that kept the energy high throughout the evening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made the experience even better. Although I was on the signature side of the property for one night, it was absolutely superb and definitely a highlight of my visit. Using the hotel taxi gave me some sort of safety. The Location was also very good.

On the other hand, I found the food to be a little too peppery for my taste; not everyone eats spicy food. perhaps this could be adjusted for a wider range of preferences. Also, the main building, where I spent most of my time, had the windows/sliding windows not shutting properly. Although when I brought it to their attention, the maintenance staff were prompt to look into it. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be visiting again.

Checkin was really great. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Room service was very efficient

Breakfast was cold. Restaurant staff kept loudly repeating everyone's room number. For privacy and safety reasons that shouldn't happen. As a solo traveler it made me uncomfortable.
