Paradise Valley River Lodge

The surroundings were beautiful and the cottage had a couple of basics available like sugar coffee cleaning products. Nice laundry and warm bedding and plenty of pillows. A bit more toilet paper would have been appreciated.

More feedback than a dislike. Some night lights especially in the bathroom/hall would be great as it's really dark at night and with kids having a bit of illumination at night is handy. Was a bit pricier than what I would have expected for a place of similar size.

The stream. Out of town which was lovely, clean fresh air. there are a lot of things to see and do really close by. You could hear the birds in the morning. It’s a wonderful place.

No cellphone coverage but that’s not the lodges fault , there is free WiFi though that solved the problem.

There were some people upstairs that we did not have any clue about and initially we were a bit scared to hear footsteps of people. It would have helped if we would have been informed about it by the host in advance.

Location was awesome. Hosts were amazing. Lovely place to stay.

Lovely peaceful countryside location, but still close enough to town.

BBQ had no fuel and was dirty, spa bath not working and was dirty.

Nothing to complain about. Also dont understand the reviews saying the place is cold… there is a heatpump and a fireplace if it is ever cold. We didnt need to use these

We were mesmerized with the serenity of the location, especially the stream. Wifi was good enough speed for me then 6 devices. All the beds are cozy and comfortable. We would definitely look forward to visiting again in the peak winter season .

Would be nicer if Leanne provides some more utensils in the kitchen, but this is not an issue rather just a recommendation.
