◯スタッフに色々あれこれして欲しいと連絡したら、時間はかかるが対応してくれた。その男性スタッフは面倒見が良いと思った。 ◯バイクで５分の場所にスポーツジムが有り、１日パス（６０バーツ）を利用し朝夕運動出来たのは嬉しい体験。 ◯徒歩５分で火曜・木曜のみの野菜マーケットで美味しい惣菜を買えたのは凄く良かった。

最初に通された部屋は、予約で見ていた部屋とは丸っきり違う部屋だったので怒りのクレームをした。その後に予約通りの部屋に移動してくださいというメッセージが送られてきたが、謝罪の言葉は一切無かった。呆れてしまう対応だ。 ◯バスルームの蛍光灯が無い、暗い。 ◯風呂のシャワーから湯が出ない。 　↑↑↑これは自分で直した！ ◯トースターが無い。 ◯エアコンとテレビのリモコンが作動せず、電池交換しても駄目。 ◯キッチンの水道蛇口が短過ぎるので使いにくい。⇒我慢するしか無かった、 〚いずれも担当スタッフが修理しようと努力してくれた事には感謝している〛

The bed is full of bugs and insects, so I decided to sleep on the floor . I couldn't sleep on the floor as well because there were water coming from the air conditioner + a lot of hair everywhere , I don't recommend this apartment at all , it was a very bad experience + there are mold in the bathroom and near the airr conditioner

Dirty + lots of bugs and insects under the bed + hair everywhere + mold in 3 places in the apartment + water leaking from the air conditioner to the floor
