The other condo guests living in the building were super nice and empathetic saying these things (missing reservation, different room than promised, challenging communication from owner, etc) happen with this particular booking often. The cafe there is a welcoming place if you need food, internet, or anything.

We booked way ahead knowing we were showing up on new years holiday. Owner didn't keep our reservation so put is in a spare empty condo room that didn't have the kitchen, tub, or balcony featured in the listing. He promised to move us so ok.. Next day he moved us to a different room. It still didn't have the tub and the bed frame was snapped in two on one side. The owners were not happy with us when we said the room wasn't the one we booked, telling us we could leave but no refund would be provided.

In the announcement, it was stated that the apartment had a balcony, two beds, one sofa, and a bathtub. However, the apartment they provided me had none of that. Furthermore, the shower and the toilet were leaking, the bedding was ripped, the kitchen utensils were in very poor condition, and the apartment reeked of cigarettes. I tried many times to resolve the issue with the host, but he didn’t fix the situation. He lied repeatedly, trying to avoid taking responsibility. This is the worst place I have ever rented in my life. The host is disrespectful, he lied to me, and the apartment is in terrible condition.
