Location was excellent. Nice space and comfortable bed

No hand towel, tea towel hidden on a high shelf in cupboard.

This place was very clean and fully furnished - perfect for those wanting to prepare their own meals (although there were plenty of lovely restaurants within 1-5minutes walking distance). Fantastic central location - just a short walk to the cathedral and river. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station. The host was really clear in their instructions on how to get into the property and check-in/out was a breeze.

The bathroom was a tad old, but totally functional, very clean, and fit for purpose.

Excellent location

Property was starting to look tired. No hand towels, only one bath towel each. The shower did not drain so any shower over two minutes resulted in a flood. Only half a roll of toilet paper supplied and no shower gel.

Great location

Great location, easy to get in and out, this property has potential for being a great stay, but requires some TLC to get there.

I walked off the street and was faced with waste bins and bags overflowing. Whilst the kitchen/living area feels nice, the coloured cups are so stained you wouldn't want to drink from them, there was no tea towel, and the milk left was coffee creamer. The bedroom was clean and comfy, but the horror is the bathroom! small, dirty with short hairs (head hairs) everywhere, some things haven't been boxed in, so there was so much dust and dirt. The shower screen pushes against a tiled wall, so mold is now appearing. I feel this is someone's home that has just been let out to earn money, rather than a flat that has been designed for rent.

The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. Position was perfect.

On arrival the electric keypad for the apartment was very erratic and remained so throughout our stay. Sometimes it worked after 3 or 4 attempts, sometimes it was 10 or more. This was not helped by having no phone contact with the owner, who we had to contact through the Booking.com app. The bathroom needed a complete revamp - it worked but everything was tatty. We did not appreciate being asked to strip the bed to save time for the cleaner.
