The Staff!!, Widya our host who is born and raised on the island was very professional and caring. From reaching out to us prior to arrival to arranging Ferrys and taxis we were so well taken care of every day of the holiday. Widya was quick to respond to our every need he was available 24/7 via whatsapp and organized anything we wanted to do from snorkeling by private boat to exploring the island, his local knowledge, resources and network were invaluable during our holiday. We had breakfast made every morning at the villa with the help of Wahyu a very pleasant and kind young man, it was a pleasure to have these gentleman around, they were both so kind, and caring, we were in good hands, without them the holiday would not have been the same.

We loved the location, conveniently nestled on the hill overlooking the beach with restaurants next door. The breakfasts provided were fantastic with a great variety for choice, the extra fruit platter and smoothies were so fresh and tasty. The Villa was very spacious and had good privacy with 3 separate dwellings to choose from, we didn’t even use one of the dwellings as the space was excess to our needs :) Good security with all keys provided, the cleaning was great with 2 cleaning services per day. Wonderful accommodation on an amazing island.

Views from the two top bedrooms. Pool area was great for soaking up the sun. Pool was excellent. Shame there was no view from pool area. Breakfasts were well prepared. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Limited to no ocean views from downstairs in main house or other two separate bedrooms.

Our stay at Casa Batu was lovely. Ary, the villa manager, was an excellent host and shared tips about the island with us. Every morning a lovely breakfast was waiting for us. The house is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing view of Jungutbatu Beach and Mt. Agung in the distance. The location made it very easy to walk down to the restaurant and beach area, and the Spring Spa is quite close as well. The views from the bedroom balconies are gorgeous! Ary helped us to rent a buggy one day to explore the island, and we are so glad we did because there are many more beaches and spots to see on Lembongan.

The house is on a busy and loud road, which means that we heard traffic the majority of our time, except for late at night.
