Our daily breakfast was really good, Ary and his team were really helpful and lovely people. Ary organised our scooters. Ary was available by WhatsApp for any questions about our stay to get the most out of our visit. Lovely villa.

A downstairs toilet would be a bonus.

Amazing staff!! The manager Ary was amazing. Always helpful, met us straight away and orientated us to the accomodation. Breakfast beautiful.

Lots of stairs to the property and we are nearly 70 however this is no problem for anyone else, we used alternate modes of transport and all was well.

Beautiful view, the house and the pool was nice and clean. There is a beautiful beach nearby. Ary the villa manager is really nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

We were a group of 7 people who spent 3 nights at Casa Batu and we really enjoyed our stay. Ary the property manager was super lovely and welcoming. He made sure to accommodate all of our needs and communication was super easy with him even prior to our arrival via whatsapp. The location of the house is perfect and the view from the upstairs bedrooms is incredible. We will be back here.

Great villa with a wonderful view over Lembongan. Ary, who was the responsible manager for the villa, was so kind and helped with local tips and rental for a buggy and boat for snorkeling. The breakfast was really good and the villa was clean.

The staff are so kind and helpful. They met us at the boat harbor and gave us the keys and arranged for a taxi to the villa. Rizz, Sudi and Juni are the loveliest people who are keen to assist you with anything you need. Sudi even got us a scooter delivered to the villa and provided us with extra helmets for sizing. They also had some laundry done for us and communication via whatsapp was flawless and prompt. The villa provided drinking water and a full sized new fridge and freezer with ice cubes- a huge bonus.

The villa is large however unfinished and uncomfortable with minimal furniture, one shower with next to no pressure (droplets - impossible to wash long hair) and one toilet (upstairs only) that appears old without a good flush with poor ventilation . This villa is not the kind where you lounge - might be good for a big group but would be difficult to all hangout in comfortably. The bed however was comfortable enough with working AC in the bedrooms only- no AC in the house otherwise. The pool is a plung pool - not big enough to swim. The villa is on a busy street corner with motorist driving by and big florescent street signs shinning in at night. It’s next to a large dish (see pics). The villa offers free breakfast however you pre-organize a time which we felt limited our freedom so after the first morning we decided to forgo the breakfast offered at the villa which allowed us to be more free. If the villa wanted to offer breakfast it might be better to have an agreement with a local cafe instead of a in house breakfast option- which is also very intrusive and we felt a bit like we had servants which we hated ). Most/all the doors do not work/shut properly but Rizz told us those were being fixed soon. You cannot lock the house door from the front so you have to go around the side of the house each time to leave (not a big deal- Lembongan is VERY safe!) . Umbrellas are offered at the house for when it rains. Towels offered are minimal and we had to ask for hand towels for the toilet room -there was hair all over the floor in the bedroom from the previous guests which the boys kindly cleaned once I mentioned it.

Staff were great and very obliging. Villa is lovely, very clean and comfortable and well furnished. The pool is clean and cool.

The upstairs toilet needs better ventilation and was quite tricky to get a good flush.
