Triangle Home Stay

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il bagno era confortevole e pulitissimo, un dettaglio che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Il patio esterno è ben curato e si è rivelato perfetto sia per rilassarsi dopo le giornate di tour, sia per fare colazione al mattino in tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va al padrone di casa, che si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile: ci ha gentilmente accompagnati in tuk-tuk ad un negozio dove siamo riusciti a cambiare i soldi.

Unica piccola nota da migliorare: la colazione era buona, ma con poca varietà. Con qualche opzione in più sarebbe stata davvero perfetta.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt im Triangle Homestay perfekt. Wir sind unerwartet bereits morgens um 6 Uhr angekommen und Nimal ist für uns aufgestanden und hat uns gleich in unser Zimmer gelassen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer zu viert, es war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber! Das ganze Homestay ist sehr gepflegt und der kleine Garten gemütlich gestaltet. Nimal und seine Familie waren sehr tolle Gastgeber, er hat uns mit seinem Tuk Tuk für anständige Preis überall hingefahren (Lions Rock, Höhlentempel usw.) wir haben 2 x abends im Homestay gegessen, das ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Schade dass die neu gestaltete Cooking class noch nicht geöffnet hatte.

Uns hat alles gefallen

The owner Nimal was super nice, driving us around the area with his Tuk Tuk. We visited with him all the nicest spots of the area, going as far as Polonnaruwa, for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean and with a nice balcony to have breakfast on. Definitely recommend it!

Sfortunatamente siamo capitate in una serata in cui avevamo una stanza sopra di noi che ha messo musica e ballato (sembrava dovesse caderci il soffitto in testa e sembrava avere la musica in stanza). Tutto bene se non che la mattina ci saremo dovute svegliare alle 4 per visitare Pidurangula😅 Abbiamo provato a comunicare con il proprietario ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposte. A parte questo tutto bene🙏🏼

Super angenehme Unterkunft. Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, wir sind von hier auch zum Felsentempel gelaufen. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Alles war super, nichts auszusetzen.

Simple but quiet the hosts are amazing. Very much a family feel to the house. I'm so glad I stayed here and not a stuffy hotel.

　家族の一員になったような感覚になるくらい、非常に温かく印象に残る滞在ができました。オーナーのNimalさんはとても気さくにお話ししてくれる方で、ダンブッラのバス停からトゥクトゥクで迎えにもきてくれました。 　シーギリヤへのツアーなど個別の相談にも柔軟に対応してくれます。Nimalさんの奥さんやお兄さんと一緒にスリランカのライスアンドカレーを作り、ご近所さんまで一緒になって楽しくお話ししながら食事をしたことは、とても貴重な経験でした。 　部屋も清潔でエアコンも付いており、朝食も美味しかったです。2泊したのですが、洗濯もお願いしたらやってくれました。 　私が滞在した時は、2階にレストランを増設中でした！オープン後はそこで料理教室を開催することを考えているとのことでした。再びスリランカを訪れた際は、必ずまた宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました☺️

Molto funzionale e ben tenuta

We stayed in the wooden room at Triangle Home Stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the center of Dambulla. Most of the house is made of wood, giving it a unique form, and it’s surrounded by trees, which makes it feel like a little retreat in nature. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the hosts, Nimal and his wife. They are among the kindest and most genuine people we met. Nimal was always ready to take us to the main attractions around the city in his tuk tuk at very fair prices, and he could also recommend guides if needed. He really wanted us to experience the best of the area and suggested places we would never have discovered on our own. On our last night, we enjoyed an amazing homemade dinner prepared by the family. Last very good prices for what we get. Highly recommended!

The room has much light in the morning which made us woke up too early- some curtains are necessary!! Last, the bathroom is all one straight ground and a result toilet and shower are not separated and therefore, each time we had a shower the water got everywhere and we needed to clean! Maybe someday in the future this will be fixed! In any case this apartment worths its money!

Jeden z naszych lepszych pobytów na Sri lance. Wszystko było super. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładna czysta pościel i porządne grube czyste ręczniki (co jest rzadkością na Sri lance, w innych miejscach dostawaliśmy ręczniki mocno zużyte). Śniadania były niesamowite, bardzo obfite, pełne lokalnych przysmaków, codziennie coś innego. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce
