"Clean and good host. No major issues."

No issues with cleanliness and facilities on the whole. Good location and it was quiet.

The only problem was the springs in the mattress had gone on my side (window side) so I had to put a cushion under it to stop me rolling out.

Loved everything but a little suggestion to maybe have a black out blind in room 9. It was so bright first thing in the morning. Other than that, this place is beautiful.

Location

This property is not a hotel, it has nothing to offer other than the room that you book. The owner has spent a lot of money refurbishing the building to a good standard however, the room with the balcony overlooking the sea is incredibly small for two people to navigate around each other, the separate private bathroom is accessed by leaving the room and crossing the communal staircase landing which is far from ideal. Finally the mattress needs to be replaced.
