Martello Bay Hotel

Alex was a great host. He was the only member of staff we met but definitely an asset to the Hotel. The room was ideal. The owner had catered for every need. Will be returning as we were very happy with accommodation and location.

Hard pillows. A bit noisy not sure if it was the neighbours or guests.

Clean, nicely decorated! Netflix in room and the ownweners was so kind and friendly.

That we couldnt stay longer! Ha

The welcome was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean tidy and had all the amenities adjacent but private bathroom was clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy and simple. If we were staying in that area would again rebook.

Bed was slightly hard for my liking but I suffer with back issues. My partner found bed fine. Bathroom had hand wash at sink and a mix of shampoo and body wash in shower no conditioner. Not an issue per se as only staying one night but if staying longer may have been needed.

The Room was perfect for what we needed, facilities provided were more than adequate.welcomed and shown to room upon check in and facilities explained.

Not a case of not liking anything at all, however the shower didn't quite get up to temperature and the bed was on the firmer side, however this is not a complaint at all as of course these are personal preferences and not a reflection on the room at all.

Concrete for a bed tried to use the radiators but would not work avoid at all cost

Warm welcome. Shown to room and facilities explained. Quiet and comfortable. Modern, boutique style room.

Did not realise room booked (2) did not have ensuite. Bathroom was opposite, although private with own key, not suitable for us. Fortunately we were offered another room (4) on same floor that did have an ensuite shower over bath. A guest house not a hotel.

We was greeted at the front door ..the room was small but had everything in and clean the room smelled nice

Stairs was steep and not so good if u had hip troubles
