looks simple but it's really clean and enough space, the bed is also very comfortable

This hostel is located in an excellent spot, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from the night market. The staff, especially the owner’s wife, were incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke English fluently and assisted me in planning my trip to Luang Prabang, answering all my questions with a smile. They were also very responsible — when one of the dormitory guests fell ill with a cold and fever, they accepted our request and arranged for his room to be changed to prevent others from getting sick. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had stable hot water with good water pressure, and the Wi-Fi in the lobby was fast and reliable. The hostel had a lively social atmosphere, and I met and connected with travelers from various countries. The lobby was a nice space to hang out and chat. Free drinking water and bananas were a thoughtful touch.

Adding shelves or spaces to place bath items in the bathroom would be convenient. Providing curtains for the beds would enhance privacy and comfort

Free water and cheaper than other hostels.

Beds are uncomfortable and there is 0 privacy. Showers dirty and no sink to brush your teeth or wash your hands. There was never toilet paper. Sheets had clearly not been cleaned since the last use. It’s cheaper than other hostels but not worth it in my opinion.

Very good location near the historic district with a variety of taxi options always nearby and bicycle and motor scooter rentals next door. They have created a beautiful garden around the building with flower pots. It is interesting to see. Mostly European tourists staying at the hostel. Air conditioning was good.

The location was really nice, as it was really close to pretty much everything one would want to do or see.

There were no sinks in the bathroom, just toilets and showers, and I felt very unclean, not being able to wash my hands. The bathrooms also weren’t always the cleanest, and I even had a gecko run up my leg when I was in the shower. Also some of the showers don’t have warm water. There were also no curtains on the beds, and since my room was very small, I felt way too close to everyone else. Because it was right across the street from the school, it was also a bit loud in the morning sometimes. It didn’t bother me too much since I was up early anyways, but I imagine it could annoy some people. I’ve stayed in a lot of cheap hostels, but for me this one wasn’t worth it.

Simple clean dorm. Looks very new. The facilities worked well and the beds were fairly comfortable. There's free water to refill your bottle and the staff is very nice!

No curtains around the beds so no privacy at all
