I thought it was little over priced, but nowadays various online booking agents could be a factor. Just finding the best deal is a hassle.

The location is superb with shopping mall (supermarket and food court ) within a walking distance. Quite a comprehemsive menu at the restaurant / grill😋. The half board breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The swimming pools are pretty attractive . Staff are hospitable and friendly. Beautiful beach front and bar on beach.

Air conditioning was senescent and didn't cool the room well. Moreover one evening the hotel was on generator for like 2-3 hours and air conditioning was off. The fan in the bedroom area was a life saver😰 . Monkey and blackbirds are a nuisance at breakfast . Didn't make me feel comfortable. This morning I selected some breakfast ingredients and dropped my plate on the table. As I went to get a cup of green tea a blackbird came flying in and stole a sausage from the plate🙄 . Finally there was a quite a bit of left to be desired regarding advising and organising for local ocean attractions . I wanted to book a fishing trip. I was told it was US 400 for 4 hours. I went to a hotel nearby and got a 2 hour deep sea fishing for €150. I had a whole boat with 3 fishing line and 3 staff to assist🎣.

Everything it is very old, the rooms were very outdated. Fans didn’t work, mosquito nets didn’t work, the beds were lumpy, the pillows were old.

The worst experience I've ever had. I am a globetrotter who had never problems. In more than 110 countries I visited it. I got food poison after I ordered a meal a la carte. Better try to eat the basic buffet than order on a menu. I asked them many times before I ordered if the food would be fresh. Because no one ate at the restaurant close to the beach. I ended up in the clinic. I asked to.see the manager, after I.met him.he promised me that he will call me and find out it happened. He didn't call me back. I am still on medication The entire hotel needs a major refurbishment. It looks like a 40 years old building. The breakfast is basic too.

The pool and the Moonshine Beach Bar are the highlights of Reef. The Poolside restaurant serves excellent food as well. All of the staff around the hotel (pool, servers, room cleaners etc.) were very friendly. The AC works really well too.

The front desk staff are not particularly friendly. They overbilled me at checkout (they tried this last time I stayed here too). The rooms are pretty basic for the price. Bedding and towels are very old and worn.

Mqybe you can install small fridge, small table. Towels and beddings need updating including bath mat. Stayed with one bath mat for 4 days in a room of 3. Room was too open so suggest some blinds on windows. More benches needed.

Space was good. Breakfast was okay. Enjoyed sleeping by the sea. And relaxing on the benches.

Facilities are dilapidated (rooms). Service around the pool area is very disappointing. Staff would often forget ones order, and there was a time one sat for more than 1hr 30min awaiting a drink, which only arrived after I lodged a complaint with the manager. The public beach is rather beautiful, but dirty (with papers, plastics, and garbage often on the sea bed) thus my kids refused to swim on the beach and only limited their swimming to the pool (which unfortunately only opens at 10am-6pm)
