I loved everything about hotel. The peruvian theme in every spot if hitel with a modern twist was great. It was very comfortable and the service was excellent, everyone was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about peru culture. I will definitely come back to same spot. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Me gustaría recomendar este hotel de todo corazón, ¡la estancia fue sencillamente maravillosa y fantástica! Pasé un tiempo muy agradable aquí y sin duda volveré. Lo que más destaca de este establecimiento es, sobre todo: * **Una ubicación genial:** el punto de partida ideal que me facilitó muchísimo la estancia y me permitió disfrutar al máximo del viaje. * **Un buffet delicioso:** ¡la comida era simplemente espectacular! Había una gran variedad de platos, servían muchísimas cosas diferentes y absolutamente todo estaba increíblemente rico y fresco. * **Un servicio de primera:** el equipo que trabaja en el hotel es, sin duda, *the best*. Siempre atentos, sonrientes y cuidando cada detalle. En resumen, recomiendo muchísimo este lugar. Room is big and beautiful. Terrace is nice and well decorated. Well located in Miraflores. Hosts are nice.

The hotel is new but not all services snd facilities are fully working yet.

The way the staff handles criticism, the way the front office resolved-not-resolved the AC issue in the room.
