It was new. The rooms were big. Clean.

The service. I called to rebook my trip and shorten it by one day. I spoke to staff at the hotel who said it was no problem. They suggested I call booking.com. I did and they also said it was no problem. They also called the hotel to confirm and then sent me an email about the new booking. When I arrived the hotel said I was a no show canceled my weekend booking and charged me for a night. They had no record of changing my booking. They offered to rebook me for a higher price than what I originally booked. If I didn’t show up early all the rooms would’ve been booked and I would’ve been out of luck. The entire process was a total disaster. There was no real concern from staff either. A very apathetic response. I worked in the hotel business for a long time and things happen but in the hospitality industry you make it a point to be hospitable.

Very nice room and entire hotel was clean! Great breakfast on the morning and woman who ran it was excellent keeping the food and drinks stocked at all times. And she was very friendly! The whole hotel experience was great
