Found several pet hair on my socks from walking around the carpet in the room and pet hair on other places of the room. Not everyone likes pet hair. Wish if hotel does allow pets that the cleaning staff would be extra careful on removing hair from the rooms.

"Comfortable and adequate for travel"

Overnight destination before catching our flight back home. The room was a good size but sadly the privacy dark curtain did not work in either room. Waple at check in was friendly and helpful. Close to airport and convenient.

My wife had the breakfast. It was okay. Nothing negative to say about it.

Our room was like brand new. And it was immaculate! Those are the 2 things that I require in a Hotel. Cleanliness is a MUST and it was! What few staff members we spoke with were friendly and courteous. We will be back.

Everything was great, staff and room.

There was a stain that hadn’t been cleaned on my bedding which made it a little uncomfortable and hard to sleep knowing that the fitted sheet was not clean.

The front desk and manager were both incompetent and rude after they failed to deliver the gift baskets to our guest who were traveling and staying. The baskets that were supposed to welcome them set for five days before someone decided to look up the name and see who they belong to even though there was a card with three names on the front that could've easily been looked up on day one. When I came in to pick up the baskets they were trying to say that they had done a favor by calling me since the baskets were still there, and took zero responsibility for their negligence and incompetence. We will not be sending our guests to them ever again.
