Seaview cottage North Wales

Sea view was good Not too far away from Conwy and Bangor for shops,cinema theatre Etc.

Stair carpet needs replacing as the gripper rods are spiking through and catching your feet. Bathroom needs somewhere to hang your towels. Not much privacy through the bathroom door as it’s a folding door with a slightly frosted glass. The aerial for tv in lounge kept losing signal. The sofa was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. The cutlery needs replacing as the chrome is coming off on some of the spoons etc.

Location and quick response to a potential problem. Would stay again.

The most uncomfortable sofa and chairs. Having an uncomfortable seat is not the best end to a day. Stairs that had a deceptive bottom step and poor fittings on stairs. Sorry

Fantastic location for getting out to see north wales.

Whilst the property was clean there was a musty smell to the downstairs areas.

Great location, clean cottage, well equipped, quiet neighbourhood, and a really nice view on the sunset every evening.

Seaview Cottage was comfortable and a good base for touring North Wales. The cottage itself was basic with many tired features, but we loved the nautical theme and the feel of it. The sea view (aside from the busy A55) was beautiful. We watched stunning sunsets each evening.

Several features, including protruding tacks on stair carpet and very steep stairs to the bedroom and rear garden. No toilet brush, no cleaning products, no welcome basket and no dishwasher. Property is situated by a major road which is noisy 24/7. Rear bedroom is not particularly suitable for children with wooden slidy floor. Signs warning about dogs in the back are a bit off-putting.

Fair price and Sea view.

The kitchen units looked and felt like they weren't clean. Fixings untidy to include nails on the stairs not in properly and screws in door steps sticking up going into your feet when walking through. Couldn't get hot water out of the bath tap to bath our 3 yr old. The bathroom needed cleaning better and there is very little privacy from the bathroom door. There was a very strong overwhelming smell like animal urine downstairs, we opened the windows and used air freshener and it was unable to reduce the smell.

Location is beautiful such a pretty village

Location was perfect. Village had all the amenities required for any length of stay. Views from the living room are lovely. Great WiFi connection. Host was accessible if needed, with timely responses. Comfortable beds. Shower was good and easy to use. Easy / user friendly keypad property access.

Could feel the carpet rods whilst ascending/ descending the stairs. Whilst the two seater couch and both chairs are perfectly suitable, due to the design we personally didn’t find them comfortable to sit on for any length of time. With a few tweaks, such as new carpet and underlay for the stairs and the addition of two two seater couches this would enhance the comfort and experience of your stay. This is an honest observation/appraisal made with good intentions. With these in place our stay would have been 10/10
