IEThe location was perfect, just around the corner from Juliet's balcony. The apartment was cozy and the beds were comfortable
It was very very hot and there were only 2 stand alone fans circulating the hot air

No air conditioning and high floor. Could provide fan at least! Was a bit rainy evening, hot and humid. Kept all windows open to get some breeze. Took shower 3 times during the night.
AUReally big spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (only 1 with a shower though). Amazing location, very easy check in process, host was very responsive on WA and we really enjoyed our stay although it was only for the night. A few mins walk into the main square with beautiful restaurant, sites and Juliette’s balcony.
Not the best place to stay if you have a rental car. Parking on the street around the apartment isn’t available as it’s too busy during peak season so we had to park at the nearby parking lot and walk 15 mins to the apartment with our 35kg suitcases which was a bit of a mission. Guess it’s our fault for taking too much luggage :-p I cannot fault the property itself though, we had a wonderful stay.

THIEThis Apt. is in a GREAT location. Next to Giuliette's Balcony and the town city centre.
Cafe bar outside loud music up until 12:00 (well.....it was a Saturday night) Smell of old smoke in the rooms and bedding not too comfortable. Apt. needs some repairs = TLC
CHThe situation in Verona
The accommodation is in a lousy state. The wooden floor has holes and these were simply covered with a carpet. It was poorly cleaned. The whole carpet was full of dog hair, the other carpet was completely wet. Dust everywhere and they don't seem to care if you report it. The one bedroom only has a shutter and no real curtain. There are much better flats in Verona for this money. Since the owner is of the opinion that the points mentioned do not affect our stay, I also share them transparently. The best thing to do is to avoid this flat.
NOLocation of apartment is excellent. Apartment is quite large.
When we arrived it was pretty cold inside (outside was around 10 degrees) Water pressure in the taps was very low. Floor in living room was falling apart which was covered by small carpet but still you have to careful walking there.
