Central Belfast Apartments: Cromwell

The best part of this stay was the location,it was only about an 18-minute walk to the city centre, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The apartment was reasonably clean, which was satisfactory.

There were far too many rules to follow, which made the stay feel stressful and uncomfortable. Collecting the keys was also a hassle ,we were told the key box was 10 metres to the right of the main entrance, but it was actually on the left, so we struggled to find it. The worst part was the bed as it was very uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip and squeaky springs that bounced with even the slightest movement. We stayed for three nights, and I woke up with body aches every morning. Before leaving, we were asked to put everything back in its place, including all the dishes, but no drying cloth was provided, which made it inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless significant improvements are made.

1.燃氣灶不好使用，聯繫了多次無人來看，說需要我把鑰匙放在公寓外面路邊的保險箱 2.床的彈簧很差，枕頭也非常不好 3.離開時外面大雨，希望晚一些退房，回復說要給20鎊才可以。

Great contact from the hosts, brilliant value for money would 100% stay again.
