le logement est propre et confortable. la cuisine est assez bien équipée mais pas de micro ondes. la salle de bain est propre et fonctionnelle. de nombreux parkings payants sont présents à proximité et avec des prix raisonnables : 11€ la journée. le gros bémol : le logement est au bord d'une route très passante et bruyante : prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger. sinon on est ville à 10 min à pieds.

Все отлично, чисто, комфортно. Спальня на верхнем уровне, нужно подниматься по лестнице. Близко к центру. Удобно на короткое пребывание.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement und sehr gastfreundlich, sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommenspaket, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist wunderbar, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar und man ist in zwei Minuten am See. Auf meinen Wunsch wurde ein Parkplatz reserviert, somit musste ich mir auch keine Gedanken um mein Auto machen.

Ein Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft wäre noch komfortabler, weil das Aus- und Entladen an der viel befahrenen Strasse nervig für alle sein kann. An diesem Punkt kann aber der Gastgeber nichts dafür!

The apartment is a very easy walk from the train station & a short walk down to the lake. The host gave us loads of really useful recommendations. The beds were really comfy!

Очень удобное расположение, наличие гаража, чистота в квартире.

Квартира выходит окнами на проезжую часть, ночами слышен шум проезжающих машин. P.S. Может быть, кому-то это важно. Нам шум не мешал. Все остальное было отлично.

All information was very detailled in a video and perfectly clear. Thanks a lot to Silvia for all the suggestions about what to do and to visit in Como, as well as for the aperitivo on the table when we arrived. Very nice apartment ideally located very close to the lake, the center and the train station.

"Overall a great location, with some minor downsides. Perfect for a short stay in Como."

Walking distance to town centre and Lake Como. Nice high room with loft.

Proximity to the road, not able to open window due to the noise. Lack of privacy from footpath if curtains not drawn.
